REFUND PROCESS

1.If you request a refund before your order is shipped, we will process it within 24 hours.

2.If you request a refund during shipping or after receiving the product, please ensure the item and packaging remain intact and in resalable condition. Send the item to the address provided below and share the tracking number. We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the tracking number.

3.For DIY custom watches, refunds or exchanges are not accepted unless there are significant quality issues.

4.Once the refund process is completed, your funds will be handled by the bank and typically credited to your account within 1-3 days.

5.During this process, you will need to cover the shipping cost for returning the watch to us.

RETURN PROCESS

1.If there is a clear quality issue with the watch you received, you can contact us to select a replacement watch of equal value.

2.Please follow the steps below to contact us and return the watch for exchange. Once we receive the returned watch, we will ship the replacement watch to you.

3. All shipping costs during this process will be covered by us.
