Canceling Your Order
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement. Contact us at skyrimservice@skyrimwrist.com.
After 48 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted. The order must be processed as a return.
If the package is already in transit, wait for delivery and return it in unused and undamaged condition for inspection and refund.
Refund & Return Policy
How to Request a Return:
Email us at skyrimservice@skyrimwrist.com before sending anything back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
General Returns:
• Accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Requests between day 8–14 may incur a $40–$120 restocking fee.
• For remorse returns, customers cover return shipping + restocking fee.
• Refunds exclude original shipping and are issued after inspection.
Returns for Defects:
• We cover return shipping.
• Full refund after confirming the issue.
Return Conditions:
• Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Deductions apply if:
– Straps are damaged or protective films removed: $40–$120 fee.
– Missing links: cost deducted.
• Refunds processed post-inspection.
DIY Custom Orders:
• Non-returnable unless there’s a proven defect (e.g. faulty movement, misaligned hands).
